Zesty Vegetable Pizza Recipe


If you’re going to eat vegetables, they may as well be on pizza! This easy veggie pizza recipe is healthier option to feed your craving. It’s a quick pizza recipe that goes from oven to table in no time. Just use pre-made pizza dough and top it with some mozzarella cheese and your favorite veggies and seasonings. The whole family will love it for pizza or movie night.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly grease pizza pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Step 2

Unroll crust and gently stretch and press to cover bottom of pan.

Step 3

In medium bowl, combine remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and pepper; mix well. Add zucchini, squash and onion; toss to coat. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over crust; top evenly with zucchini mixture. Arrange tomato over top of pizza; sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Step 4

Bake 16-18 minutes or until crust is brown and crisp.
