Leaf Green Icing Color, 1 oz. - Green Food Coloring
Kelly Green Icing Color, 1 oz.
Teal Icing Color, 1 oz.
Golden Yellow Icing Color, 1 oz.

- NEEDED: See the Supply List for items you can purchase here. Also, check the Techniques tab for decorating styles we used. You will also need:
- Your favorite cake mix or recipe (4-1/2 to 5 cups batter needed)
- 3 mixing bowls
- Bake and cool cupcakes. Use your favorite cake mix or recipe to make 4-1/2 to 5 cups of batter. Bake and cool 24 cupcakes.
- Make icing. Divide icing equally among three bowls. Tint following color combinations provided here:
- Combine Golden Yellow and Lemon Yellow icing colors to get yellow color shown.
- Combine Teal and Kelly Green icing colors to get teal color shown.
- Combine Leaf Green and Kelly Green icing colors to get green color shown.
- Decorate cupcakes. Prepare three decorating bags with tip 2A and fill each with tinted icing. Try these different styles:
- Dotted Flower Cupcake: Using bead technique, pipe beads on edge of cupcake, working towards center. Add dot in center. Alternate colors as desired.
- Sunshine Yellow Cupcake: Using zigzag technique, pipe zigzag line around edge of cupcake. Pipe large swirl in center.
- Bead Border Cupcake: Using bead technique, pipe bead border in center of cupcake. Alternate colors and pipe bead borders on either side of middle border.
- Spiral Cupcake: Starting in center of cupcake, pipe swirl, working towards edge of cupcake.
- Zigzag Cupcake: Using zigzag technique, pipe tight zigzag line around edge of cupcake. Alternate colors and pipe tight zigzag lines toward center of cupcake.
- Rosette Cupcake: Using rosette technique, pipe rosettes around edge and in center of cupcake.
- Graduation Cupcake: Using pull-out star technique, pipe pull-out dots in alternating colors and sizes.
- Blue Swirls Cupcake: Pipe swirls around edge and in center of cupcake.
- Dotted with Color Cupcake: Using dot technique, pipe dots in alternating colors.
- High Spike Cupcake: Using pull-out star technique, pipe tall pull-out dots around edge and inside center of cupcake.
