  1. Make cookies. Prepare and roll out cookie dough following recipe directions. Use dog cutter from set to cut shape. Bake and cool completely.
  2. Outline cookies. Prepare Color Flow icing following recipe directions. Tint portions brown and black; reserve remaining white. Use tip 2 and full-strength brown icing to outline cookie and pipe back leg and toes. Let dry 1 to 2 hours.

  3. Decorate cookies. Use thinned white icing in cut parchment bag to flow in. Let dry 24 hours.

    Use thinned brown icing in cut parchment bag to pipe ears and spots. Use tip 3 and full-strength black icing to pipe dot eye and nose. Use tip 2 and full-strength black icing to pipe outline mouth. Let dry 1 to 2 hours.
