  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 2 Daily Delights mini fluted tube pans with vegetable pan spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  3. In small bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract and egg. Pour into flour mixture; mix well.
  4. Divide batter evenly between cavities, filling about half full with approximately 2 teaspoons of batter per cavity.
  5. Bake 7-9 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cakes comes out clean.
  6. Cool cakes in pan on cooling grid 3 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely. Drizzle with chocolate or vanilla glaze, as desired.
  7. To prepare chocolate glaze, in a small bowl, stir together powdered sugar, cocoa powder and milk. Drizzle over cakes.
  8. To prepare vanilla glaze, in a small bowl, stir together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over cakes.
