Spiced Chocolate Roll Out Cookies is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from First off, Step 1 and Step 2 should be reversed since the cookie dough sits in the fridge for an hour. As noted in a previous comment, the dough was not acceptable for roll-out cookies - even after being in the fridge for 2 hours. I had to add a substantial amount of flour to get them rolled out. Also, if you roll them out to the 1/8" as recommended, the cookies are paper thin and overcooked. I only cooked the follow-up batches for 6 minutes and they were still not raw by ANY means. I have to say this was not the usual Wilton experience that I am accustomed to. Reasonably disappointed with this one.
