S'mores Candy Apples

When a favorite campfire treat blends with a candy-dipped apple, it's sure to bring smiles at any fall celebration. Dip your favorite, fresh apple into Wilton Light Cocoa Candy Melts candy, and then add marshmallows, graham crackers and mini chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Light Cocoa Candy Melts® Candy

  • favorite medium-sized apples, washed and dried completely

  • 1 cup graham crackers, chopped

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

  • Tools

  • large microwave-safe bowl

  • 5-Inch Bamboo Lollipop Sticks, 20-Count

  • Spoon

  • Double Roll Parchment Paper

  • Cookie Sheet

  • Tree Branch Treat Sticks, 12-Count

  1. Dip apples.Melt light cocoa Candy Melts candy in large microwave-safe bowl according to package directions. Insert bamboo lollipop sticks into apples near the stems. Dip apples completely in melted light cocoa candy. Use a spoon, if necessary, to help cover. Tap on edge of bowl to smooth and remove excess candy.
  2. Decorate apples. Immediately attach graham cracker pieces, marshmallows and mini chocolate chips randomly on apples. Place apples on parchment paper-covered cookie sheet. Chill until set, about 10 to 15 minutes.
