Soften Candy Melts candy wafer. Preheat oven to 170°F. Place Candy Melts candy wafer, flat side down, on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until soft.
Attach toppings. Immediately attach toppings, pressing them lightly into the softened candy wafer.
Drizzle with melted candy. Melt light cocoa Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use melted light cocoa candy in cut decorating bag to drizzle candy onto topping-covered treats. Chill until firm, about 5 to 10 minutes.
