Decorate cake pops. Dip half of cake pops in melted yellow candy and half in melted green candy, tapping lightly to remove excess. Sprinkle immediately with nonpareils, if desired. If drizzling cake pops with melted candy, chill cake pops until set, then prepare parchment bag with melted candy. Cut small tip to easily drizzle candy.
Place cake pops in cake stand. Chill until set, about 10 minutes.
