Wilton.com Return Policy

Effective for all wilton.com orders placed after March 28, 2019

  • Food items are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned product and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form must be received within 45 days of purchase.
  • Returns over $500 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refund amount is not guaranteed and is dependent upon the condition of the items returned. Wilton reserves the right to deny a refund for items not in their original packaging.
  • Items are to be returned via the preferred shipper at customer expense.


  • Wilton does not offer exchanges. Replacement or substitute product must be purchased separately.


  • Wilton will credit a refund to the payment method used for the original order. Typically, we process the credit within five business days of receiving the return. However, PayPal and some banks may take longer to apply a credit to your account.

Customer Instructions

  1. Within 30 days of purchase, contact customer service to initiate a return via our Contact Us page, https://www.wilton.com/contactus/ or by calling 800-794-5866.
  2. Once the request has been approved, an RMA form will be emailed to you.
  3. Print out the RMA form to include with the returned package.
  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping, including any tracking or insurance.
