Wilton.com Return Policy

Effective for all wilton.com orders placed after March 28, 2019

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned product and Wilton Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be received within 45 days of purchase.
  • Food items cannot be returned.
  • Any return over $500 is subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Wilton does not offer exchanges. Replacement or substitute product must be purchased separately.


Wilton will credit a refund to the payment method used for the original order, a credit card or PayPal. We typically process the credit within five business days of receiving the returned product and RMA; however, PayPal and some banks may take longer to apply a credit to your account.

Consumer Instructions

  1. Within 30 days of purchase, go to https://www.wilton.com/contactus/ and select “Online Order,” choose “Return/Refund,” and complete the form. You will need to provide:
    • Original order number. You can find the order number in the order confirmation email, on the packing slip, in your wilton.com account history, or by calling Wilton customer service at (800) 794-5866.
    • Email address used for the purchase.
    • Reason for return (enter this into “Question/Issue”).

    Or you can email info@wilton.com or call Wilton at (800) 794-5866 to initiate a return.

  2. Wilton will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you don’t receive it within three business days, please check your spam/junk mail folder; if you cannot locate it, please call Customer Service at (800) 794-5866.
  3. Print the RMA email.
  4. Pack the product to be returned in the original package or a secure box, sealing it securely.
  5. You are responsible for return shipping (including any tracking or insurance), using your preferred shipping method, to:
