Ranch Roasted Vegetables Recipe


If you’ve got picky eaters that just won’t eat their vegetables, this one’s for you. It’s a quick and easy recipe great for any weeknight meal when you want to get something tasty on the table fast. Just mix the ranch-flavored dressing and seasoning mix with broccoli, cauliflower, and baby red potatoes, place them on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes. Oven roasting brings out the natural sweetness of the veggies, and the seasoning gives them just right amount of zesty ranch dressing flavor, so everybody wins.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare cookie pan with vegetable pan spray.

Step 2

In large bowl , stir together ranch dressing mix and oil. Add vegetables and toss to coat.

Step 3

Bake 15 minutes; remove from oven and stir. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
