Step 1

Make layered cakes. Bake and cool two 8 in. cake layers.

Prepare icing following recipe directions. Level, fill and stack cakes on same-size cake circle for a 2-layer cake, 4 in. high. Use spatula and icing to ice cakes smooth.

Step 2

Decorate cakes. Use tip 1M, a disposable decorating bag and white icing to cover cake with rosettes. Position Sugar Pearls in center of each rosette. Prepare cake pedestal with desired decorations. Position cake on pedestal.
