  • 8 cups of your Favorite cake recipe or mix

  • 12 cups Buttercream Frosting

  • White Sugar Pearls

  • Tools

  • 8 in. Round pan

  • Decorator Preferred 13 inch Angled Spatula

  • 16 in. Disposable Decorating Bags

  • Ribbon, 40 in. long x 1 1/2 in. wide

  1. Make layered cakes. Bake and cool two 8 in. cake layers.

    Prepare icing following recipe directions. Level, fill and stack cakes on same-size cake circle for a 2-layer cake, 4 in. high. Use spatula and icing to ice cakes smooth.

  2. Decorate cakes. Use tip 1M, a disposable decorating bag and white icing to cover cake with rosettes. Position Sugar Pearls in center of each rosette. Prepare cake pedestal with desired decorations. Position cake on pedestal.
