Make eyes, nose and mouth. Using black icing color, tint 1 oz. fondant black. Reserve remaining fondant white. Roll out black fondant to 1/8 in. thickness. Using “F” cut-out, cut out two circles for eyes. Using “D” cut-out, cut out one circle for nose. Pinch bottom of circle with fingers to form nose shape. Set eyes and nose aside.
Roll out remaining black fondant into 3/16 in. x 6 in. rope. Cut 3 in. rope; curve around “D” cut-out to shape smile. Let dry 5 minutes. Cut 3/8 in. rope for bridge between nose and mouth. Cut two 1 in. ropes for eyebrows; curve around “F” cut-out to shape. Let dry 5 minutes.
Roll out white fondant to 1/8 in. thickness. Using small end of tip 8, cut out two small circles. Position on black “F” circles.
Combine small amounts black and white fondant to make grey fondant. Roll into 3/16 in. x 1½ in. rope. Cut two ¾ in. ropes for nose definition.
