Mini Rice Cereal Donuts

Feel better about indulging in a donut (or two!) with this Mini Rice Cereal Donut recipe. Though these crunchy donuts aren’t quite the real thing, they’re packed with a great flavor and lots of color! Combine rice cereal with mini marshmallows and butter to form your rice cereal treat mixture, then press the mixture into the Daily Delights mini donut pan. Once your rice cereal treats have set, have fun decorating them with buttercream and your favorite sprinkles. For even more fun, get the whole family involved! Kids are sure to love this one!

Prepare 2 Daily Delights mini donut pans with vegetable pan spray.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave marshmallows and butter at half (50%) power for 30 seconds. Continue to microwave and stir at 30 intervals until melted. Add rice cereal and mix to combine.
Divide cereal mixture evenly between cavities, about 1 heaping tablespoon per cavity. Press and mold cereal treats into cavity with fingertips or bottom of a glass. If mixture is too sticky to mold, lightly coat hands or glass with vegetable pan spray.
Once set, remove donuts and sprinkle with sprinkles, if using.
