Celebrate spring with this beautiful Make it Mint Petal Flower Cake. Pipe flowers. Prepare decorating bag with tip 104 and white icing. Using flower nail and pre-cut waxed paper squares, pipe about 20 petal flowers; transfer to waxed paper-covered board. Vary pressure to achieve flowers of various sizes.
Using Lemon Yellow icing color, ting 1/2 cup icing yellow. Prepare decorating bag with tip 8 and yellow icing. Pipe centers on flowers.
Freeze flowers until firm, about 2 to 4 hours.
Bake cake. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool two cake layers.
Tint icing. Tint 3 1/2 cups icing light mint green using color combination provided. Fill, stack and ice cake smooth using light mint green icing.

Decorate cake. Remove paper squares from flowers. Arrange flowers in crescent along top edge of cake. Use leftover icing, if necessary, to attach flowers.
