The airy look of the Fern provides the touch of greenery a cake top bouquet needs. For each frond, pipe a series of leaves which get gradually smaller as you approach the top.

- With tip lightly touching surface, wide opening parallel to surface and using heavy pressure (hold bag stationary at slightly less than 90? at 6:00), pipe a tip 67 fern leaf. Working towards top, continue to pipe tip 67 leaves.
- As you approach top, gradually decrease pressure with each fern leaf.
- Add tip 1 dots and curled frond to complete.
