Calling all truck lovers. Haul away more fun this holiday season decorating a gingerbread pickup truck, complete with a Christmas tree in the back.

  1. Make wheels. Roll four balls of fondant press flat to 1 in. dia. Attach to truck.
  2. Decorate truck. Use red icing to cover sides with zigzags. Cut small hole off corner of green icing pouch and pipe fenders, hubcaps, windows and door details.
  3. Make tree. Cover tree with green icing. Smooth with spatula. Attach candy. Let set 30 minutes. Place tree in truck and secure with icing.
