  1. In advance: Tint 16 oz. fondant as follows: 12 oz. brown, 2 oz. light brown, 1 oz. black; reserve 1 oz. white. Make bears.
  2. Bake and cool 3-layer cakes using firm-textured batter such as pound cake (use three 2 in. high layers; trim 1 layer to 1 in. high to create 5 in. high cakes). Use knife to trim sides of 6 in. cake to create a 5 x 5 in. square. Ice cakes smooth and prepare for Globe Pillar Set Construction. Tint 20 oz. fondant as follows: 8 oz. yellow, 4 oz. green, 4 oz. rose, 4 oz. blue. Roll out 1/8 in. thick. Cut 10 each 3/4 x 5 in. and 3/4 x 3 1/2 in. yellow strips. Attach to top and side edges of 5 in. cake with dots of icing. Divide 10 in. cake top and sides into 5 in. squares. Mark pillar placement on top of 10 in. cake using 6 in. square plate. Cut 6 each 3/4 x 5 in. and 3/4 x 3 1/2 in. strips in each color; attach to cake top and side edges as for 5 in. cake. Use cutters from set to cut 2 each B, A, B, Y, small heart and small star in assorted colors; cut 1 medium circle to place under baby topper. Attach all with icing. Insert pillars into 10 in. cake over marked areas and position bears. Use remaining fondant colors to cut 2 triangles (1/2 x 1 in.) and a tip 12 circle for each bow tie. Attach to bears with damp brush.
  3. At party: Position 5 in. cake and plate. Position baby topper.
