Bake cake. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Assemble cake pan to desired letter or number according to package instructions. Bake and cool cake. Level cake.
Ice cake. Using creamy white icing, ice cake smooth. Alternating between Blue, Violet, Pink and Black Color Mist sprays, spray color onto cake.
Decorate cake. Using large flat brush and White-White Liquid Color, splatter color onto cake. Add nonpareils and Sugar Pearls.
