Decorate dress. For side ruffles, move doll arms up and out of the way. Use tip 127D, a cut 16 in. disposable decorating bag and violet icing to pipe a bottom ruffle, 4 in. deep, from center of front to center of back. Repeat with three more ruffles overlapping the first to complete one side. Repeat for other side. Use tip 14, a cut 12 in. disposable decorating bag and pink icing to pipe stars around waist, at bottom border and randomly between diagonal sections on cake. Use heavier pressure to pipe larger stars.
