Ice house. Cover one section at a time. Use white icing pouch to cover house with icing. Use spatula to smooth icing.
Decorate roof. Use black icing to cover eaves and pipe ½ in. wide stripes on roof.
Make front door. Use white icing to outline and fill in door area. Use black icing to outline door. Attach nonpareils. Attach candy for doorknob.
Make all windows. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out fondant. Cut two 1 in. x 1 in. windows for front, two 1 ½ in. x 1 ½ in. windows for sides, three 1 in. x 1 in. windows for back. Attach windows to house. Use white icing to pipe shutters. Use black icing to outline windows and windowpanes.
Decorate house. Use black icing to pipe zigzag shutters and cover sides of house with dots. Use spatula and white icing to cover base. Sprinkle with nonpareils.
