In small bowl, combine lemon juice, zest, oil, salt and pepper; whisk to blend. Pour marinade into resealable plastic bag. Add salmon to bag, turning to coat. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes.
Spray Large Broiler Pan with vegetable pan spray or brush lightly with oil. Remove salmon from marinade and place onto pan; discard marinade.
Broil 4-6 inches from heating element for approximately 8 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout and flakes easily with fork. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
