Grease your silicone mold: Lightly grease and flour your silicone mold before using to help remove the brownies from the mold.
To test brownies for doneness: To get moist and chewy brownies, avoid over baking them. Check your brownies donesses by inserting a toothpick into brownies. If the toothpick comes out almost clear your brownies are done.
To store: Store brownies at room temperature wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container. Brownies will last for 3 to 5 days stored this way. Brownies will start to become stale after keeping them at room temperature for longer than a week.
To freeze: Brownies can be frozen for up to a month. Tightly wrap brownies in plastic wrap and place in the freezer. To thaw frozen brownies, remove from the freezer and allow them to thaw at room temperature before serving.
