Rated 5 out of 5 by from You will LOVE to make this cake!: The cake is not hard at all id you're an advance cake decorator. The carnation may take 2 days in advance to dry. There ways to make the gum fondant homestyle, only if you're willing to spend the time, and many. I learned to make carnation flowers in the Wilton class and I loved it!!!, I willl encourage you to take the class or if you a crafty person to buy the Fondant and gum paste book, Good luck!!.
