Well, this came out of left field. You heard right. Birthday Cake Nachos. That’s your favorite game day snack tossed in birthday cake mix, baked to perfection, drizzled with chocolate, covered in sprinkles and finished with a dollop of fresh whipped cream. Score!

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In large bowl, toss 1 bag tortilla chips with 1/2 cup butter until evenly coated. Add half of the cake mix (about 1-1/2 cups) and 3 tablespoons sprinkles; toss until combined. Spread on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chips, butter and 3 tablespoons sprinkles; add to baking sheet.

Bake 15 minutes, stirring after 7 minutes. Cool in pan on cooling grid 5 minutes. Drizzle with melted Candy Melts Candy, dollop with whipped topping, and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons sprinkles. Serve immediately.
