Big Beef and Cheddar Croissant Recipe

Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent dough into sheets and separate triangles. Press 3 triangles into each pan, arranging so they meet the edges. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. While crescent layers are baking, heat roast beef in the microwave for 30-60 seconds, or until about room temperature. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F.

While hot, remove crescent disks from pans. Place one disk back on one pan. Spread with Dijon mustard and top with cheese and roast beef. Continue layering with all disks. Place pan back in oven and heat 15-18 minutes, or until cheese is melty. Remove from pan to cut and serve.
