Ziggzaggin Egg Mini Cakes
Easter pastels are hopping up and down on this fun-to-make mini cake! The Decorated Egg Pan bakes the design right in you add the finishing touches with royal icing and our Easter Micro Mix Sprinkles.
Bake and cool mini cakes in zigzag cavities of pan.
Tint portions of royal icing yellow, rose and violet.
Place cakes on cooling grid over parchment paper. Cover cakes with thinned yellow icing. Let set.
Pipe in zigzag areas of cakes with tip 4 and rose and violet icing. Immediately sprinkle with micro sprinkles.
