Bake and cool cake. Place on foil-wrapped cake board. Ice cake smooth with buttercream.
Using pan and black FoodWriter, trace shape on the back side of Light Yellow Sugar Sheets! Use two sheets to fit number (one sheet for top, the other for bottom). Cut out with Rotary Cutter, and place on cake.
Using punch with Small Circle Cutting Insert, cut out 27 circles from Light Blue, Light Pink and Light Green Sugar Sheets! Attach to "1" with piping gel, trimming to fit if necessary.
Using Slide-N-Cut Edge Cutter, cut 31 strips, 1 3/4 in. long x 1/4 in. wide, from Light Pink Sugar Sheets! Set aside in resealable Sugar Sheets! pouch until ready to attach.
Using border punch with Diamonds Border Cutting Insert, cut 16 diamonds from Light Green Sugar Sheets! Using Rotary Cutter and diamonds as a guide, cut to form a zigzag shape. Cut zigzag strip to make 1 3/4 in. long pieces.
Attach zigzags and pink strips in alternating pattern to sides of cake with piping gel.
