At least one day in advance, roll out cookie dough and press in bottom of pan to form a 1/2 in. thick cookie. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and cool. Using letters from 101 cutter set and 2nd smallest blossom cutter, cut and bake "WELCOME" message and 8 blossoms. Let cool on cooling grid.
Using Ice-A-Cookie package directions, outline and pipe-in windows, shutters, front door on house; outline and pipe in message and blossom cookies. Let all dry overnight. Attach sticks to backs of house and all cookies with Ice-A-Cookie. Let dry, stick side down, on parchment. Pipe center dots on blossoms, swirls on eaves, dot doorknob and bead heart with Ice-A-Cookie; let dry several hours. Insert cookies in foil-covered block and add curling ribbon.
