One day in advance, make fondant flowers. Divide fondant into four equal portions. Tint each portion light-light yellow, light yellow, medium yellow and dark yellow using color combinations provided. Combine Lemon Yellow and Golden Yellow icing colors to get light-light, light, medium and dark yellow colors shown.
Using fondant roller with pink guide rings, roll out shades of yellow fondant separately. Using the small blossom cutter, cut out about 25 to 32 flowers in each shade of yellow. Using shaping foam, cup flowers. Set aside to dry on cake board, about 4 to 8 hours. Reserve remaining dark yellow fondant for later step.
Using dark yellow fondant, roll into 1/8 in. balls. Attach to center of flowers with damp brush.
