In advance: Prepare black Sugar Sheets! For bow. For Black bow: Make 13 loops using 1 x 6 1/2 in. strips. Shape loop and secure ends with Piping Gel. Use knife to trim end to a point. Let dry on sides on waxed paper-covered boards. Make center knot using a 1 x 4 in. strip. Attach ends and let dry. Make two streamers using 1 x 6 in. strips. Cut a ?V? into outside end. Use cotton balls to shape slight curve; let dry.
For Light Blue bows: For top bow, make six loops using 1 x 8 in. strips. Shape loop and secure ends with Piping Gel. Use knife to trim end to a point. Let dry on sides on waxed paper-covered boards. Make center knot using a 1 x 4 in. strip. Attach ends and let dry. For corner bows, make 12 loops using 1 1/2 x 4 in. strips. Shape loops and let dry as above.
Bake and cool 3-layer cakes (trim 1 layer for 5 in. high tiers). Ice smooth. Prepare for
Stacked Construction, but do not stack cakes. Cut Zebra Sugar Sheets! to fit sides separately (four each: 6 x 5 in. high, 10 x 5 in. high). Using piping gel, attach sheets starting in center of side and wrap around corner to next side center. Using light blue, cut 1 1/8 in. wide strips for lid sides (eight each: 6 in. long, 10 in. long). Wrap around corners and attach as above. Repeat for a second layer. Cut a 6 1/8 x 6 1/8 in. light blue square; attach to top of 6 in. tier; trim as needed, making sure top and side sections meet. Line up full sheet on top of 10 in. tier; position sheet. Add a 2 x 10 1/2 in. strip to complete top. Trim as needed.
Stack cakes on base board. Using black Sugar Sheets!, cut 1 in. wide strips for ribbons (four each: 8 in. long for top tier, 7 in. long for bottom tier). Attach over middle seams, trimming as needed. Attach streamers, then bow loops (use seven for bottom layer, six for top layer) and center knot.
