Step 1
Bake and cool cookies according to pan packaging directions.
Step 2
Tint a portion of Color Flow Icing green. Using tip 4, outline edge of cookie and fill in corners; pat smooth. Let set.
Step 3
Using green Color Flow Icing and tip 3, pipe letters. Pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Let set.
Step 4
Using white Color Flow Icing and tip 2, overpipe letters. Let set.
Step 5
Tint a portion of Color Flow Icing red. Using and tip 2, pipe snowflakes.Let set.
