Winter Succulent Brownies

Decorated in cool shades of purple and green, these Winter Succulent Brownies make a great addition to your winter shower or holiday celebration. Bake brownies. Prepare mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Prepare brownie batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool brownies in mini muffin pan.
Tint icing. Combine Rose and touch of Violet icing colors to get light purple color shown. Combine Juniper Green and Royal Blue icing colors to get light green color shown. Tint ½ cup icing light purple and 1½ cup icing light green using color combinations provided.
Decorating brownies. Prepare decorating bag with tip 352. Using spatula, stripe decorating bag with light purple icing; fill with light green icing.
Pipe pull-out leaves on each brownie, starting at outer edge and working towards center.

Notes

- To store baked cookies. Red velvet sandwich cookies can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the fridge for a week.
- How far in advance can cookies be made. These cookies can be made 2-3 days in advance.
