Bake and cool cookies. Prepare roll-out cookie dough according to the recipe. Press small pieces of dough into each of the cavities of the silicone mold. Bake, release from pan and cool.
Tint icing. Prepare color flow icing according to directions on package. Tint icing according to the formulas listed. Reserve 1/4 cup of full-strength white icing. Using water, thin 1/2 cup icing to the count of 10.
Violet: 1/4 cup Color Flow Icing + Violet + Rose
Green: 1/4 cup Color Flow Icing Golden Yellow + Brown + Moss Green
Red: 1/4 cup Color Flow Icing Red No Taste + Red-Red + Black
Orange: 1/4 cup Color Flow Icing Orange + Red-Red + Black
Yellow: 1/4 cup Color Flow Icing Lemon Yellow + Orange
Ice cookies. Using parchment triangle prepared with Tip 2 and full-strength white icing, outline cookies. Fill parchment triangle with thinned white icing, cut small hole at tip; Flow-in outlined cookies. Fill parchment triangle with tinted icing, cut small hole at tip; immediately add dots, lines, chevron and plaid patterns over the wet flow-in icing. Let dry overnight.
