White Christmas Tree Cookie is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a very simple to make roll-out cookie dough & the "Comfort Grip" cutter is easy to use for little helpers. The color flow "icing" technique is very easy when following the directions that come with the color flow container. While using the Red/Green Tube of decorating Gel is very convenient and easy for little helpers...another option is to follow the directions on WILTON'S Meringue Powder can. WILTON'S Meringue Powder is so versitile..the included instructions will tell you you can copy any picture, pattern or design by outlining and filling in the outlined border with slightly thinnned Color Flow icing...you can outline stars, Christmas tree bulbs, etc., fill them in with thinned Color Flow...dry them..and attach to your Christmas Tree Cookie with Royal Icing made from the Meringue Powder recipe (Powder, water & powdered sugar). This would be a fun shared project for a Mom,Gramma or Brownie Troop leader.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love to decorate cakes and cookies, but have recently really got into using the Wilton decorating tools and experimenting with fondant and gel coloring. I love it. There are so many different ways to use the fondant besides just covering a cake or cookie and the gel coloring is so much better than the traditional liquid food coloring. The colors are so much more vivid and the possibilities seem endless. I can't believe it took me so long to try the Wilton decorating products and now I can't get enough. I am already thinking of new ideas before I finish the one I am working on. I am running out of people to give my cakes and cookies to. I would encourage anyone who is thinking of trying decorating to go for it. The Wilton products are wonderful and once you get started the ideas will just come to you or the Wilton website always has wonderful suggestions. You can look like a pro even if you have never decorated anything before. The Wilton products makes decorating quick and easy and everyone will think it took you all day. So for all you bakers out there, let the decorator in you out. Make the Christmas cookies and you will be amazed where you will go from there and what you can do. Let your imagination run wild. Good Luck and happy baking!!!
