Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is an easy recipe. I loved the taste of it and it went great with my yellow cupcakes. This is the way my husband loves his cupcakes with whipped ganache instead of buying canned frosting.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I followed the recipe exactly and should have stopped after letting the ganache set for 2 hours. The color, taste and consistency were great. The minute I started whipping with my electric mixer, the sugar crystals from the candy melts crystallized and the ganache was never the same. The color lightened up significantly, but the real disappointment was the texture which went from smooth to grainy.
