Set aside 15 fruit jelly rounds. Roll out remaining fruit jelly rounds on waxed paper sprinkled with granulated sugar. Using scissors, cut small pieces for stained glass.
Outline and pipe in window areas (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Attach fruit jelly round pieces. Outline sides of windows with icing and attach mini multi-colored candies. Add scroll designs above windows; attach mini multi-colored candy with icing.
Outline and pipe in door area (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Attach mini multi-colored candies at sides and for doorknob. Attach fruit jelly rounds for awning.
Ice roof smooth with spatula; divide each side in 4 sections. Pipe an outline at each section division. Pipe zigzags between section lines. Attach mini multi-colored candies.
Pipe icicles along eaves and below windows.
Roll out spearmint leaves on waxed paper sprinkled with granulated sugar. Using scissors, cut into small pieces. Attach on peak of roof and in garland formation along eaves.
Ice cardboard base smooth with spatula. Attach fruit jelly rounds for walkway. Cut large spice drops in half and attach at base of house.

PRO: Love the simplicity of the kit and the assembly. CON: Needed to cut back on the suggested water amount to get the frosting (glue) to set properly. I would encourage anyone making "icicles" to be sure to let them harden completely before you attach them.

My 7 and 9 year old granddaughters made this and had an absolutely wonderful time making it. It was amazing how quickly them understood what to do. Can't wait to make it again next year.
