Step 1

One day ahead, using royal icing, pipe 14 tip 14 drop flowers with tip 1 dot enters. Make extras to allow for breakage and let dry.

Step 2

Cut, bake and cool heart cookies.

Step 3

Using full strength color flow icing, outline inner and outer hearts using tip 2. Thin portions of color flow icing and flow in cookie. Let dry for 2-3 hours before further decorating.

Step 4

Attach drop flowers using dots of royal icing. Pipe tip 349 leaves. Add tip 2 lettering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous Wedding Day Treats. Added to the Dessert Table. To keep a uniform look I took the heart cutter to recut the cookies immediatly after removing them from the oven. Gave perfect edges and uniform professional look. After piping and decorating with flowers and leaves,Left the center of heart with no colour Flow icing just placed in the Initials M & C in the matching Coral icing, Placed each cookie onto precut 4x4 Silver foil sheet and placed each into Clear Treat Bag. Tied them up in the colour theme Ribbon of Coral & Green. . The sugar cookie recipe worked great, made 3 batches & 150 double heart cookies. Inexpensive, quick addition for any budget.
