In advance: Make flowers in royal icing.
For the large rose, make the base with tip 2A and white royal icing. Finish with tip 127D. Let dry.
For the medium rose, make the base with tip 12 and white royal icing. Finish with tip 127. Let dry.
Pipe 50 violets with tip 59o and violet royal icing. Pipe dot centers with tip 1 and yellow royal icing. Let dry.
