Veggie Penne Pasta

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 13 in. x 9 in. pan with vegetable pan spray.

Step 2

In large bowl, combine pasta, squash, spinach, crushed tomatoes, marinara sauce, and garlic. Mix until well combined. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Step 3

Bake for 22-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with basil, if using.
