In advance: Make candy hearts. Using heart lollipop mold from set, mold hearts without lollipop sticks. Tap to settle; chill until firm.
Bake and cool brownies. Cut out hearts using cutter. Ice tops smooth with Fudge Icing. Using Cookie Icing in parchment bag fitted with tip 3, pipe lines, swirls and letters. Attach candy heart with icing.
