Decorate cookies. Tint portions of reserved white icing as needed: Christmas red/red-red/ black combination (for dark red); kelly green/black combination (for dark green), brown/Christmas red combination (for brown), orange, lemon yellow, copper, violet, black/white combination (for gray).
Trace pattern sections for each design on parchment paper. Cut out sections to make stencils. Position stencils on cookies. Use black FoodWriter edible color marker to trace stencil areas on cookies. Use tip 1 to cover designs with dots, following instructions below.
