Knead 1/2 teaspoon Gum-Tex
into 6 oz. black fondant. Use
20 in. fondant roller with blue
guide rings to roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use fondant roller to cut a strip, 2 in. x 5 in., for small bow; a strip, 2 in. x 7 in., for medium bow; and a strip, 2 in. x 8 in., for large bow. For knots, cut three strips, 1 in. x 2 1/2 in. Follow steps 1 and 3 for medallion bow above to assemble bows, but omit the knot accent.
