Tulip Treats Cookies is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from These are fun little cookie treats that make greats gifts during the Spring season. Overall a very easy recipe to follow since you are essentially baking cookies and decorating them. If you want to be a little bolder you can always color some cookie dough a terra cotta color and stack them to create an edible flower pot. I saw a post recently showing step-by-step instructions: http://sweetsugarbelle.blogspot.com/2011/05/flowers-in-pots-cookies.html
