Rated 5 out of 5 by Bake_N_Cake from Ideas - Wilton makes many sizes of the tulip cutters so I use the various sizes and often put cookie sticks on the before or after baking to make tulip flower pots. This project is really easy once you are knowledgeable with royal icing and thinning it. You can outline the edges with smaller stars or like the directions have you do, outline it. You can also flood the cookies or fill in with stars per the directions. Tip - use other colors to have a variety of tulips. Tip - Have extra tips available to make the project go faster. Tip - Omit leavening agents in the dough to make the cookie cut out retain its shape when cooking. Note - With some planning this decorating project could be a good one for ages 5 and up.
