Tropical Leaf Cupcakes

Use shades of green Candy Melts candy to create your own cupcake toppers, fun for birthday parties or retirement parties. For even easier decorating, use iced store-bought cupcakes! Most of the work is done for you and no one has to know your little secret.

Ingredients

  • Cupcakes

  • Dark Green Candy Melts Candy, 12 oz.

  • Vibrant Green Candy Melts® Candy, 12 oz.

  • Tools

  • Decorating Bags, 16-Inch Disposable Piping Bags, 12-Count

  • 13 x 19-Inch Rectangular Cake Boards, 5-Piece

  • Waxed Paper

  1. Make candy toppers. Melt Dark Green and Vibrant Green candy, separately, according to package directions.

    Prepare two decorating bags, separately, with melted dark and vibrant green candy. Cut ¼ in. tip off each bag.

    On waxed paper-covered board, pipe various candy leaves, some solid, some outlines. Chill until set, about 10 to 15 minutes.

  2. Decorate cupcakes. Place leaves on iced cupcakes.
