Make candy base. Melt light cocoa Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Pour melted light coca candy approximately 1/4 in. deep into non-stick pan. Tap to smooth. Sprinkle top with banana chips, sour cherry candy, pecans and mini marshmallows. Chill until firm, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Drizzle base. Melt dark cocoa Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use Drizzling Scoop to drizzle melted dark cocoa candy over top of base. Sprinkle with rainbow nonpareils. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
