Thin Bows with Sugar Sheets
Top off cookies, cupcakes and petits fours with these pretty and petite bows. Flexible Sugar Sheets make forming the little loops a breeze.
Cut strips to size listed in your project instructions using a Rotary Cutter. Here we've used 5/16 x 2 1/2 in. strips for loops and a 5/16 x 1 3/4 in. strip for knot.
Form loops by shaping strips around your fingertip. Brush ends with water or piping gel. Pinch to secure. Let set on cut side.
Arrange loop ends at center point. Attach with piping gel or icing. Attach knot.
