In advance: Make and assemble bows using 10 oz. fondant mixed with 1 teaspoon Gum-Tex. For each loop, cut a 3 x 1/2 in. strip using straight-edge wheel from Cutter/Embosser. Fold over and attach ends with damp brush. Dry loops on side. For each knot, cut a 1 3/4 x 1/2 in. strip. Brush bows with thinned piping gel and sprinkle with Sparkling Sugar. Let dry, then assemble.
