Decorate cake. Tint 1 oz. fondant each four shades of yellow: light lemon yellow, darker lemon yellow, golden yellow and golden yellow/orange combination. Tint 1 oz. each four shades of green: kelly green, leaf green, light leaf green/lemon yellow combination and darker leaf green/lemon yellow combination.
Use 9 in. fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out each color 1/16 in. thick. Use smallest round Cut-Out to cut 27 small rounds of each color. Use damp brush to attach five high and 42 around randomly to sides of cake.
Position cake topper.
