Step 1

Two days in advance: Make flowers. Add 1/8 teaspoon Gum-Tex to 3 oz. fondant. Roll out 1/16 in. thick. Use cutters from set to cut 10 pansies, 20 apple blossoms and 10 forget-me-nots; make extras to allow for breakage. Cup flowers on thick foam using rounded end of wooden modeling tool. Use thinned fondant adhesive to attach Sugar Pearl to center. Let dry on cornstarch-dusted board. Brush flowers with Pearl Dust.

Step 2

Cover base board with 21 oz. white fondant.

Step 3

Bake and cool 2-layer cakes. Prepare and cover with 108 oz. tinted rolled fondant.

Step 4

Prepare for Stacked Construction.

Step 5

Pipe tip 6 bead bottom borders. Attach flowers with tip 2 icing dots, using larger flowers at the top, smaller flowers at the bottom.

Step 6

At reception: Position ornament.

*Combine Lemon Yellow with Daffodil Yellow for yellow shown.
